Dr. Dayna Dane is a purpose-driven educator and communications strategist who bridges advocacy, storytelling, and access to elevate underserved voices. Holding a PhD in Educational Leadership and a Master’s in Integrated Marketing Communications, she brings a unique lens to education equity, nonprofit strategy, and culturally responsive outreach.
As Founder and Executive Director of Parent Pathway to ABA, Dayna leads initiatives that empower families of autistic children through evidence-based resources, parent training, and creative publishing projects that reflect lived experience. Her work blends research, empathy, and innovation to make behavioral health supports more accessible to diverse communities.
Through her consultancy, Chalkboard to Brand, she partners with educators, nonprofits, and mission-aligned organizations to craft intentional narratives, build thought leadership platforms, and design communication tools that turn insight into action. She is passionate about helping leaders translate vision into measurable community impact.
Dayna’s work embodies BlackCount’s mission to amplify Black leadership, inspire civic engagement, and build sustainable pathways for collective empowerment. She continues to advocate for equitable representation in education and beyond, believing that storytelling is both a strategy and a form of service.
